How It Works

Step 1

Step 1: Identity Verification – Clients validate their identity through methods such as Knowledge-Based Authentication, ID Credential Analysis, or Biometric Verification.

Step 2: Secure Session – Conduct a secure audio-visual session that is recorded and stored as per state regulations.

Step 3

Step 3: Digital Signatures – Finalize documents with tamper-evident digital signatures and store them in an electronic journal for future reference.

After purchasing a package, you’ll gain access to our onboarding process, where we’ll provide you with the Exemplar of your digital certificate and e-stamp.

Please do not create a client account on our system for notarizations. During the onboarding process, you’ll receive access to a custom notary profile.

Which Certificate Should you Buy?

Cyberize It, LLC provides the E-Stamp/Seal for free; however, if you need to own your digital certificate, it must be purchased separately.

For computers with a hard drive, you can use Identrust, NNA, or Intesi Group for your digital certificate.

For computers without a hard drive (e.g., Chromebook), only the certificate issued by Intesi Group is compatible. To obtain this certificate, you will need a valid passport (from any country).
