- KBA & Id Verification links are live – you must enter real data and perform the functions if you want to validate.
- To change the name of signer 1 go to the My profile area and update it. Then you can start a new notarization with the correct name for the person validating.
- Zoom is not connected to the test server. When you get to the point that Zoom would open a White Screen will open in a new tab this is “zoom”.
