We are a hybrid platform, which means you should have your own clients but it is possible that work could come from the website {however, is it is not promised}.
How Much Is It?
Subscription to the RON Platform:

- $19.99 per month for 6 mo or 1-year memberships
Transaction Fees:

How Do I Get Paid?
Within your Notary Profile area of the platform you control your payouts.
Each week it will automatically direct deposit on Monday.
Everyday you can request your funds for transfer daily.
No service fees apply to either request.
Daily requests do not need to be approved by Cyberizeit Admin Staff.
My State Says Zoom is Not Legal!!???
They are correct - "JUST" using zoom to perform a notarization is not legal!
Every Online Notarization Must have:
- Id Verification by two sources, we offer two based on your state laws:
- Knowledge based authentication and ID Credential Analysis
- ID Credential Analysis and Biometric Facial comparison.
- Live Audio-Visual Session, recorded
- The screen share should not be recorded.
- x.509 Compliant Digital Certificate Signatures
- Tamper Evident Document Encryption
Zoom can be used for the live audio-visual session if all aspects of the RON are completed.
Do You (the platform) Supply Clients?
We are a hybrid model, so it is possible that you will obtain clients. However, it is not promised. You should have your own clients before signing up to ensure an income stream with RON.

Am I Committed To A Long Term Contract?
No! You can cancel at any time.
However, if you pay for a year and cancel after 3 months you will not be refunded for the remainder of the year. Your subscription will just continue until the time has expired.
How Much do I (the Notary) Get Paid?
When we process the payment for the notarization with the client, our system pays out:
- $25.00 for first stamp
- $9.00 for each additional
- $5.00 for serving as a witness
Do the Signers Have To Have An SSN?
No
Do the Signers Have To Have A USA Cellphone Number?
No
Can Non-US Citizens Use This Platform?
Yes, if they can validate through the appropriate ID verifications which are legal for you.

Remote Online Notarization Services (RON)
Using innovation, technology, and electronic signatures Cyberize It, LLC can legally notarize your document, anytime – anywhere! The online process can be done from your cell phone, tablet, or computer.
The remote notarization process has enhanced and revolutionized the notary process. The process validates each party signing to ensure their identity is valid and creates a video recording of the session. Having these requirements enables for each transaction to be safer than actually meeting a local notary for their signature.
Once you are in the session, with a commissioned Remote Online Notary, you will discover they may not be physically located in your state – and that is Okay! As a Remote Notary they can perform these transactions so long as they are physically in the state in which they are commissioned.
You are also not limited to your physical location, as a Principal you can be located within the United States or Abroad. This also applies to any needed witnesses; they can witness your transaction from anywhere within the United States.
Allowing for these remote notarizations could not have come a more socially conscious time. Many believe that Remote Online Notarization (RON) came from the onset of COVID-19, however that is not true. The state of Virginia put the first RON Legislation on the books in 2011, well before we even thought about COVID-19. Now most states are enacting their own laws and currently 29 states have already passed RON laws.
What Do I Need?
To complete this notarization, you will need:
1. The Document(s), completed but Unsigned and not Dated.
2. A Valid Government ID.
3. A Home Address.
4. A Cellphone/PC with a working Camera and Microphone.
5. And Finally about 15 Minutes to complete it!
I have a vehicle title
Since a Vehicle title is done on special paper, it cannot be scanned into the system and notarized. You can obtain a Power of Attorney form from your local Title Agency (usually online) that will allow us to facilitate this transaction online for you.
can you marry us?
While it is legal for some Notaries to perform a marriage ceremony, we are not setup (yet) to facilitate this. Keep watching, as we do plan to add this aspect very soon!
are electronic signatures legal?
The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN, Pub. L. 106–229, 114 Stat. 464, enacted June 30, 2000, 15 U.S.C. ch. 96) is a United States federal law passed by the U.S. Congress to facilitate the use of electronic records and electronic signatures in interstate and foreign commerce by ensuring the validity and legal effect of contracts entered into electronically.
Secure Act of 2020
This bill allows a notary public commissioned under state law to remotely notarize electronic records and requires recognition of notarizations performed under the laws of other states.
Under the bill, a notary public may remotely notarize electronic records occurring in or affecting interstate commerce if (1) the individual and the notary public are able to electronically communicate by sight and sound simultaneously (i.e., by video chat); (2) the notary verifies the individual’s identity and records the notarization; and (3) the notarization complies with other requirements, such as those relating to the attachment of a stamp or seal to the electronic record.
Additionally, the bill allows a notary public to remotely notarize electronic records involving an individual located outside of the United States, subject to certain requirements.
The bill also requires U.S. courts and states to recognize notarizations, including remote notarizations of electronic records, that occur in or affect interstate commerce and are performed by a notary public commissioned under the laws of other states.
How does the Notary Seal get applied?
Each Notary has their own Electronic Notary Seal which will be applied to all areas of your document(s) which need it.
These seals meet the Local State Laws and are completely legal.
What About Witnesses?
Many documents (For Example: Wills, Power of Attorneys, and some Real Estate Transactions) require one or two witnesses. Our platform will support your need for this, no matter the location of the witness!

Apostille Information
Obtaining an Apostille is still possible with our services! Simply complete the Online Notarization, and when completed send that document with the appropriate forms to the State of the Notary which serviced you.
