Remote Online Notarization Services (RON)
Using innovation, technology, and electronic signatures Cyberize It, LLC can legally notarize your document, anytime – anywhere! The online process can be done from your cell phone, tablet, or computer.
The remote notarization process has enhanced and revolutionized the notary process. The process validates each party signing to ensure their identity is valid and creates a video recording of the session. Having these requirements enables for each transaction to be safer than actually meeting a local notary for their signature.
Once you are in the session, with a commissioned Remote Online Notary, you will discover they may not be physically located in your state – and that is Okay! As a Remote Notary they can perform these transactions so long as they are physically in the state in which they are commissioned.
You are also not limited to your physical location, as a Principal you can be located within the United States or Abroad. This also applies to any needed witnesses; they can witness your transaction from anywhere within the United States.
Allowing for these remote notarizations could not have come a more socially conscious time. Many believe that Remote Online Notarization (RON) came from the onset of COVID-19, however that is not true. The state of Virginia put the first RON Legislation on the books in 2011, well before we even thought about COVID-19. Now most states are enacting their own laws and currently 29 states have already passed RON laws.
What Do I Need?
To complete this notarization, you will need:
1. The Document(s), completed but Unsigned and not Dated.
2. A Valid Government ID.
3. A Home Address.
4. A Cellphone/PC with a working Camera and Microphone.
5. And Finally about 15 Minutes to complete it!
I have a vehicle title
Since a Vehicle title is done on special paper, it cannot be scanned into the system and notarized. You can obtain a Power of Attorney form from your local Title Agency (usually online) that will allow us to facilitate this transaction online for you.
can you marry us?
While it is legal for some Notaries to perform a marriage ceremony, we are not setup (yet) to facilitate this. Keep watching, as we do plan to add this aspect very soon!

The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN, Pub. L. 106–229, 114 Stat. 464, enacted June 30, 2000, 15 U.S.C. ch. 96) is a United States federal law passed by the U.S. Congress to facilitate the use of electronic records and electronic signatures in interstate and foreign commerce by ensuring the validity and legal effect of contracts entered into electronically.
Secure Act of 2020
This bill allows a notary public commissioned under state law to remotely notarize electronic records and requires recognition of notarizations performed under the laws of other states.
Under the bill, a notary public may remotely notarize electronic records occurring in or affecting interstate commerce if (1) the individual and the notary public are able to electronically communicate by sight and sound simultaneously (i.e., by video chat); (2) the notary verifies the individual’s identity and records the notarization; and (3) the notarization complies with other requirements, such as those relating to the attachment of a stamp or seal to the electronic record.
Additionally, the bill allows a notary public to remotely notarize electronic records involving an individual located outside of the United States, subject to certain requirements.
The bill also requires U.S. courts and states to recognize notarizations, including remote notarizations of electronic records, that occur in or affect interstate commerce and are performed by a notary public commissioned under the laws of other states.
How does the Notary Seal get applied?
Each Notary has their own Electronic Notary Seal which will be applied to all areas of your document(s) which need it.
These seals meet the Local State Laws and are completely legal.
What About Witnesses?
Many documents (For Example: Wills, Power of Attorneys, and some Real Estate Transactions) require one or two witnesses. Our platform will support your need for this, no matter the location of the witness!
