By purchasing our Ohio Notary Public training program, you acknowledge that simply purchasing the class does not guarantee that you will obtain a Notary Public commission in Ohio. To become an Ohio Notary Public, you must meet the minimum requirements set by Ohio law. These requirements include, but are not limited to, being 18 years or older, completing the 3-hour education program, obtaining a clear background check with no disqualifying offenses, and meeting one of the following requirements:
- A resident of Ohio
- An attorney who practices in Ohio
