To be eligible to obtain your Notary Commission in Ohio, you (or the person you are purchasing this for) must meet at least one of the following conditions:
1. You/They are a Legal Resident of Ohio, OR
2. You/They are an attorney who has a physical office within the State of Ohio, OR
3. You/They are a Commissioned in another jurisdiction as a notary public.
If you are a Notary Commissioned in another State, then you confirm that you meet all of these requirements as well:
*You/They must have had the commission for at least one year
*You/They must be in good standing
*You/They must have satisfied minimum requirements or passed an exam
*You/They must have no disqualifying offenses
*You/They understand that the Ohio notary commission ONLY permits you/them to perform notarial acts when you/they are physically located in Ohio.
