Cyberize It Light Remote Ink Notarization Access for CT & AL Notaries ONLY:

This access tier comes with no monthly or yearly fees but does entail transaction fees for all platform sessions, including unsuccessful transactions or those redirected to other notaries.

Key Features:

  • Job Board Access: Not available for claiming work, including notarizations and witness requests.
  • Client Charging: You have the flexibility to charge your clients within or outside the platform.
  • Notary Work: You can perform both General Notary Work and Real Estate transactions on the platform.

Important Instructions:

  • To acquire a notary profile, completion of all provided training and achieving 100% accuracy in quizzes is mandatory.
  • Access your training via the email received post-“purchase” and by visiting www.notary.cool.
  • Prior platform users must review all training content for renewed access.

Additional Information:

  • Limited Technical Support: This access level offers minimal technical support, addressing only in-session platform issues.
  • Understanding ID Proofing: Familiarize yourself with ID Proofing methods, including KBA, Biometrics, and ID Credential Analysis.

Remote Ink Notarization (RIN) Details:

  • Acknowledgment notarial acts are exclusively performed via Remote Ink Notarization.
  • The RIN process involves the signer using an ink pen to sign the document, shipping it to you, and validating their ID through KBA/Biometrics and ID Credential Analysis during the RIN session.
  • The virtual meeting on the platform requires the signer to hold up their ID for verification, confirm the signed document, and witness your INK signing and INK stamping.
  • After completion, you are responsible for mailing the physically signed document to the client.

Support for Non-Platform Issues:

  • Texting for help with non-platform-related issues incurs additional fees: $5.00 minimum, followed by $1.00 per minute for support.
  • Payment for assistance will be collected at the time of support through a direct charge to your credit card on file.
