Cyberize It Light Access

This access level provides you with no monthly or yearly fees. However, you are subject to transaction fees for all sessions performed on the platform, including failed transactions or those transferred to other notaries.

With this access level:

  • You will NOT have access to claim work from the job board, including notarizations and witness requests.
  • You CAN post for other notaries to be witnesses on your sessions for an additional fee of $5.00 per witness.
  • You CAN charge your client inside or outside of the platform.
  • You CAN perform General Notary Work and Real Estate transactions on the platform.
  • Cyberize It, LLC admin will approve 10 profiles per business day under this access level.

Important Note: To obtain a notary profile, you must complete all training provided, and pass all quizzes with 100% accuracy. Access your training from the email you receive after “purchase” and then by visiting www.notary.cool. (Don’t lose your cool, go to www.notary.cool). Please also be aware, even if you were on the platform previously, you will need to review all of the training to obtain access again.

This access level has very limited technical support. Only in-session issues with the platform will be addressed. Ensure you understand ID Proofing (KBA, Biometrics, and ID Credential Analysis) and can expertly tag a document with Adobe Sign.

Texting for help with non-platform related issues: Additional fees apply – $5.00 minimum, and then $1.00 per minute for support. Payment will be collected at the time of assistance by direct charge to your credit card on file.

Let’s review the next steps, after completing the “purchase”:

  1. Go to www.Notary.Cool to Begin Your Onboarding
  2. During the onboarding and training process, you will create a Notary Profile. This is a separate login; you can use this same email address or use a different one. We encourage you to use one that is not related to an employer. Please document your logins to ensure you have proper access to each area.
  3. If you have a general question, feel free to email us at support@cyberizeit.com.
  4. If you are in a live session with a client, feel free to text us if you encounter issues related to the platform at 614-741-5515.
  5. If you contact us for technical assistance and the issue is not platform related, there is a fee of $5.00, plus $1.00 per minute.
  6. When attempting to access the onboarding lessons, if it says “closed,” that means you are not logged into the account which you set up here today. Login at https://notary.cyberizeit.com/login/. We show your current login/email is: Keep this username handy and we recommend that you use this same username when setting up your Official Notary Profile. 

Expectations:

  1. You should review all the training materials; performing a RON is a Marathon, not a sprint. You will not learn it all in a single day.
  2. The number one reason Notaries contact us for issues in-session is that they failed to properly tag the documents. We highly encourage you to practice tagging prior to performing a live notarization.
  3. Once your Notary Profile has been created by you during the onboarding and then reviewed and approved by our team, you will need to logout and login to update your access and see the full dashboard.
  4. We encourage you to join our social media groups to connect with other notaries on our platform.
  5. To create your Electronic Notary Stamp – Do it in the onboarding program at www.notary.cool
  6. This is a “Self-Service” type of RON Platform access. This means, we give you basic instructions and you need to figure out what you don’t understand. We encourage you to complete the onboarding, and if you still have questions Google or YouTube have many options for further training. Especially, when setting up your Digital Certificate for Identrust or Intesi Certificates.

You will not upload your Stamp or Digital Certificate to our platform. You will apply it each time during the session.
