Training/Onboarding

E-Stamp / Digital Certificate
The E-Stamp is provided for free, and you can request this in the onboarding process. We do not provide an Independently Validated Digital Certificate. Review your state laws before purchasing, as many states do not require this.
Cancelation
Look, we know every platform is different, and ours may not be your cup of tea. Once purchased, you are only committed to that time frame. However, we do not offer refunds on your current subscription purchase.
Important Information
Your subscription will begin today, and it will automatically renew on the terms of this product until you cancel. By purchasing this, you agree to our Terms and authorize this recurring charge. You will receive a welcome email with a receipt upon successful purchase. No refunds or credits for partial subscription periods unless required by law. Cancel anytime by visiting the Subscriptions page in your account.
For those that need a sample of their digital certificate and e-stamp, our Exemplar is provided during onboarding. Once you have purchased a package, you will have access to our onboarding process, where we will supply you with the Exemplar of your digital certificate and e-stamp.
Digital Certificate Details
If you reside in a state mandating the ownership of a personal digital certificate, please be aware that your computer’s specifications might affect your experience on our platform. Specifically, if you are utilizing a Chromebook or a MacBook Air, which operates without a conventional hard disk drive (similar to app installations on a phone), only the digital certificate provided by Intesi Group is compatible. Please note that the Identrust digital certificate is not compatible with your computer on our platform. For the acquisition of the Intesi Group digital certificate, it’s advisable to possess a valid passport issued by any country. Your understanding of these compatibility details is greatly appreciated.

Profile Creation for the RON Sessions is done during onboarding!
Do not create a client account on our system for notarizations. You will have access to a custom notary profile creation lesson during the onboarding process, it is recommended that you use the same email as you use during this purchase for this Notary Profile.

Transaction Fees when a Notary is paying the fees for the session:

- First Notary Act is FREE
