Our services are digital and cannot be returned. Our notaries also work hard to be available so that you can facilitate your notarization, and their time is important. Therefore, all correctly notarized documents are not eligible for a refund. If you have a document that was incorrectly notarized, an example would be that the notary did not sign or apply their seal in the appropriate place, then reach out to us at email@example.com. If the error was on the document, and has nothing to do with the actual notarization aspect then it is not eligible for a refund.
Processing & service fees are non-refundable. These are fees paid to our vendors and payment gateway. Therefore, if you receive a full refund, the cost of the service fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 – 5 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
